This 4 session clinic focuses on the mechanics of hitting and bunting.  Our instructors will conduct a detailed point-by-point inspection of the stance, grip and swing and will correct any flaws or problems.  All batting tunnels and the training room will be utilized.  A great way to start an off-season training program!  Space is limited.

March Mizuno "Never Settle" Baseball Pitching Clinic

Each player will receive a FREE gift from Mizuno

This clinic focuses on the fundamentals of the pitching. Instructors work specific drills each week to improve the mechanics of the pitcher. Each week will cover a progression of drills strengthening you for the upcoming season. As the season is approaching it is important for every pitcher to get started warming up for the season. This clinic reinforces the proper mechanics you have been practicing all winter. Let our staff make sure you go into the season with proper form for added effectiveness on the mound and reduced chance of injury.

Given the overwhelming demand last March this year we are holding 2 separate hitting clinics.  You are welcome to attend both sessions and get extra repetitions in but the format of Session 2 will be the same as the March Monday session.

March Softball All Skills Clinic

This clinic focuses on the mechanics of hitting, pitching, fielding and other skill developments. All levels are invited and we will separate the groups accordingly.  Our instructors will individually evaluate and help correct potential flaws in the players swing, introduce new hitting drills, go over proper pitching mechanics, fielding drills and more during this four-week period.  Space is Limited.

Easton Spring Break Clinic

Each player will receive a FREE gift from Easton.

This week long indoor clinic focuses on the skills of hitting, fielding, pitching, throwing, and base running. Players are separated into age groups and rotated throughout our facility. Each station is designed to teach a different skill taught by our instructors in their area of expertise. Space is limited. Please register early.

Strength and Conditioning

These 1 hour classes are set up allow participants to take as many classes as they wish throughout the season.  All classes with use the latest training methods to enhance performance, speed, reaction and agility.
