Our batting cages are ready for your practice session. Tunnels are a great way to take batting practice when you want to go at your own pace. Each Tunnel is equipped with L-screens, tees and balls as well as a pitching machine that can be adjusted for very young players to speeds near 90 miles an hour! There are no coins to feed into a machine; the batting Tunnel is all yours. Whether it's 2 players or your team call today to schedule your Tunnel.
Extra Innings Tunnels - Batting At Your Own Pace
Extra Innings has 9 multi-use Tunnels each have L screens, pitchers mound and an adjustable pitching machine and balls for use. Two Tunnels are equipped with atuo-feed Iron Mike™ pitching machines. The Tunnels are rented out by the half hour of full hour to the public or used weekly by the members of the club. Reservations are taken and recommended for Tunnel use. The Tunnels are each 70 feet long, 15 feet wide and 20 feet high which allows for greater mobility and ball travel area than the standard batting Tunnel. The batting Tunnels are separated by sliding nets which can be pulled back to make an open field area for clinics and fielding instruction.
If the player wants to take live batting practice L-screens are available to protect the player throwing batting practice. To ensure there's a cage ready for you when you want, reservations are strongly
recommended for Tunnels.

The Iron Mike’s™ arm-style action provides the most realistic batting cage experience because with each pitch you see the machine’s arm wind up and release of the ball. The realistic nature of the machine allows you to practice the same fundamentals in the batting cages as you use on the field.
